  I took my BMW X5 to have the tire simply rebalanced, the idiot running the show said I had a nail that was in the tire. The idiot that took my tire off the rim told the supervisor that the nail didn't go all the way through the tire and the supervisor said just drill it out! At this point I was committed! So I trusted the idiot who took my tire off the car to fix it.. I looked over and he had a drill to my valve stem drilling from the outside in I told him instead of F'n my rim cut the back side of it. So now comes the replacement of the valve stem,.., supervisor says use this one here;.. it looked like something you would use on a kids inner tube. Anyways here tonight after driving about 150 miles to the beach and back I get back home and the low pressure​ light was on and I investigate it and the freaking valve stem idiot put in blew out in my face!!! No being memorial day weekend no one in open and now I'm screwed because of shotty maintaince. I'll take it to Walmart next time! Good luck!

  I called looking forward Tire around lunch they didn't have one in stock got me one within an hour and a half I showed up early from when I told him I was going to be there and still made it out of there in less than 30 minutes great service if you ask me
