  When I found a house on the internet, I called about it and was connected to a Weichert Realtor. She was late meeting me at the house which should have been my first clue. After finding that she didn't know how to write an offer and I had to practically beg her to take me to look at listings, I decided to find a new realtor. Unfortunately the place that I bought was a new build and since she had taken me there earlier, I was obligated to use her. She was not a help in any step of the process. The final insult was the $225 fee that I am being charged to process paperwork. When I called the office manager, she wouldn't return my phone calls. I finally called her and she was rude. There are some good realtors there, but with the office manager and my realtor, I would never go to that company again.
