  Wish I could rated a NO STAR. By far the WORST customer service Ever. I felt like I was held hostage. After I agreed to upgrade and add a line I was told I needed to pay tax today.
  I didn’t have that so everything needed to be cancelled. She wasn’t registered as a Sales person in this store and I needed to wait with her on hold while she verified who she was.
  1.5 hours later. It’s finally reversed and I’ve been release from this hostage situation.
